أصدرت المحكمة الفدرالية الإدارية الألمانية في مدينة لايبزغ يوم الخميس، قراراً يحمي الحق في عقد أنشطة مساندة لحركة مقاطعة إسرائيل وسحب الاستثمارات منها وفرض العقوبات عليها (BDS)، كونها شكلاً من أشكال "حرية التعبير عن الرأي" التي يكفلها الدستور الألماني. وجاء قرار المحكمة، الذي يشكل انتصاراً قانونياً كبيراً لحركة المقاطعة BDS وأنصارها في ألمانيا، رداً على قرار لمجلس مدينة ميونيخ الألمانية بمنع ناشطي المقاطعة BDS من استخدام المرافق العامة للمدينة.
