Cisco’s complicity in Israel’s crimes of apartheid and genocide is well documented through its illegal operations in illegal settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT), discriminatory policies, long-standing partnership with the Israeli military, and serial acquisitions of Israeli companies complicit in human rights violations. Tech companies and weapons manufacturers have long colluded with Israel’s regime of settler-colonialism, apartheid and military occupation, using Palestine as a testing ground for militarized and surveillance technologies. Now, these militarized technologies are being exported globally– including to the United States to enable Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) violence in the heart of empire.
