People vs. Palantir: Global Week of Action

September 29 - October 1, 2026

Palantir is one of the world's most dangerous A.I. surveillance companies. Co-founded by billionaire far-right extremists Peter Thiel and Alex Karp, Palantir is a digital weapons manufacturer that builds AI-powered tools for large-scale data collection and mass surveillance, threatening human rights globally. Palantir published a 22-point racist, techno-fascist manifesto that policy makers in the West have described as the ‘ramblings of a supervillain’ where the company declares, “some cultures have produced vital advances; others remain dysfunctional and regressive.” Palantir is the digital backbone of ICE, Trump's authoritarian regime, and enables Israel's ongoing AI-assisted genocide against Palestinians in Gaza.

Palantir is an unsuitable partner in any public contract. The company knowingly and persistently fails its legal obligations under international law and violates the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Embedded in its code is authoritarianism, racism, and attacking democratic norms.

Human rights, digital rights and environmental advocacy organizations around the world are calling to peacefully disrupt business as usual with Palantir. Pressure all public institutions, trade unions, universities, pension/investment funds, companies, hospitals and other health care providers, among others, to:

  1. End contracts and partnerships with Palantir
  2. Divest from Palantir

Palantir is spreading its dangerous tech and racist ideology around the world, working with governments, institutions and healthcare systems across North American, Latin America, Australia and Europe and benefits from major investments in Asia. Palantir's business is global-- so must be our resistance!
