Guide to BDS Boycott & Pressure Corporate Priority Targeting
Ending the complicity of states, corporations, and institutions in Israel’s ongoing, live-streamed genocide against 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza is the most effective form of solidarity with the Palestinian struggle to end the genocide and dismantle Israel’s 76-year-old regime of settler-colonialism and apartheid.
BDS Corporate Complicity Criteria
Corporations that are implicated in the commission of international crimes connected to Israel’s unlawful occupation, racial segregation, and apartheid regime - within or beyond the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967 - are all complicit and must be held accountable. Direct complicity includes military, logistical, intelligence, financial, and infrastructure support. The corporations and their boards of directors and executives may face criminal liability for this complicity.
Ethical Investment Policy
By adopting this EIP, the entity affirms that it does not profit from or provide capital to corporations that do not conform to international standards of socially, ethically, and legally responsible business operations or from activities materially inconsistent with its values, including its ethical investment principles.
URGENT ACTION NEEDED
In the midst of its genocide against 2.3 million Palestinians in the occupied Gaza Strip, the Israeli military is intensifying its massacres in northern Gaza to forcibly displace the remaining Palestinian population–some 400,000. Over the past seven days, Israeli forces have advanced into this area, effectively blocking the only three entrances and imposing a siege that has included heavy airstrikes and shelling, particularly targeting what is left of the Jabalia refugee camp.
