Last summer, ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s announced its decision to end business with settlements in the Israeli-occupied Palestinian territory, in harmony with the company’s progressive values.

For several years now, an international movement has been calling on AXA to stop its investments in Israel's apartheid regime. Major milestones have been achieved, among them the December 2018 decision taken by AXA IM to sell its shares in Israel’s military manufacturer, Elbit Systems.

The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) warmly welcomes the statement signed by more than 220 scholars from 14 Latin American countries pledging to reject ties with institutions complicit in Israeli apartheid.  The signatories commit to refuse participation in academic exchanges or collaborations with, and to decline funding from, complicit Israeli institutions or the State of Israel.

In 50 cities across the world, human rights supporters joined the #BoycottPUMA Global Day of Action on Saturday, February 12. The German sportswear company is the object of an international boycott campaign, launched by 235 Palestinian sports teams, over its complicity in Israeli apartheid.

  Last week Amnesty International became the latest human rights organization to find Israel’s regime oppressing all Palestinians guilty of the crime against humanity of apartheid. Amnesty International is unequivocal. Israel has “introduced laws, policies and practices that systematically and cruelly discriminate against Palestinians.”

Amnesty International, which has 10 million members and supporters worldwide, just confirmed that Israel’s regime against the entire Palestinian people constitutes the crime against humanity of apartheid. We warmly welcome the publication of Amnesty International’s report, titled, “Israel’s apartheid against Palestinians: Cruel system of domination and crime against humanity.”

In the summer of 2020 a group of five cyclists from Ramallah were out on a ride when they were stopped by a group of Israeli settlers. According to Reuters, on discovering the cyclists were Palestinian, the settlers began hurling stones at them. Four escaped into a nearby field. One, Samer Kurdi, lost his footing and was repeatedly beaten with a metal rod, suffering serious injuries. It is not known if any arrests were made.

On  28, 29, 30 January 2022, we call for a global mobilization in solidarity with the Palestinian people in their steadfast resistance against Israel’s forced displacement in Jerusalem’s neighborhoods of Sheikh Jarrah and Silwan, in Al-Naqab, the Jordan Valley, the southern Hebron Hills and beyond.
