PALANTIR’S COMPLICITY IN HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS
Palantir sells militarized AI, surveillance technologies, discriminatory policing systems to Israel and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), among others. Palantir specifically sells technologies that are customized for Israel’s regime of occupation, apartheid and genocide against Palestinians, and it then exports it globally as “field-tested” to enable human rights violations worldwide.
Palantir’s human rights violations have been recognized by the United Nations Human Rights Council, Amnesty International, and as a result, the Catholic Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace filed a shareholder resolution for a human rights impact assessment that has been dismissed by the company.
PALANTIR’S EXPLICIT VIOLATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW
Palantir’s technology has knowingly and persistently enabled egregious violations of international law world-wide, therefore failing its legal obligations under international law.
PALANTIR LEADERSHIP’S IDEOLOGICAL COMMITMENT TO US DOMINATION
Palantir and its CEO Alex Karp published a deranged, “technofascist” 22-point manifesto that some policymakers in the West are calling the "ramblings of a supervillain" due to its overtly violent and imperialist ideological and material commitments to US imperialist domination and war. In 2025, Palantir defined its war-driven mission: “We built Palantir to ensure America’s future, not to tinker at the margins. On the factory floor, in the operating room, across the battlefield—we build to dominate.”
HEALTHCARE WORKERS’ OPPOSITION TO PALANTIR IN HOSPITALS
Healthcare workers and hospitals cannot honor their ethical obligation to “do no harm” while partnering with Palantir as the company directly enables the bombing of Palestinian hospitals in Gaza and the murder of nurses by ICE in the US. Additional concerns have been raised about the exposure of private patient information to Palantir and Palantir software’s role in dangerously understaffing hospitals at the cost of patient lives.
