Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) is a Palestinian-led movement for freedom, justice and equality. BDS upholds the simple principle that Palestinians are entitled to the same rights as the rest of humanity.
"We conclude that the State of Israel, its institutions and companies in the military and security sectors, the government of Mexico in recent decades and Mexican companies that have had military and security relations with Israel, can be considered guilty of various charges."
The South African government downgraded its Embassy in Israel, President Cyril Ramaphosa said, due to "our concern at the ongoing violation of the right of the Palestinian people to self determination and the refusal of the government of Israel to enter into meaningful negotiations."
Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter said, “U.S. courts have protected the right of individuals to participate in boycotts as a form of political protest. The same protection applies to the right to advocate or oppose BDS."
