Here’s a short-list of moments in 2018 demonstrating growing recognition of Israel’s crimes against the Palestinian people and inspiring efforts around the world to hold Israel accountable for its gross violations of human rights. Support for Palestinian rights has grown in parliaments, city councils, universities, trade unions, cultural institutions, among artists and bands, and well beyond. Together, we grow it stronger every day.

Association of 140 global political parties, including 35 parties in government, adopts BDS and calls for a military embargo on Israel until it ends its violations of Palestinian rights. This is the most significant call for sanctions against Israel to date.

A wave of major cities across the Spanish state have expressed strong support for Palestinian rights. They have all denounced President Donald Trump's decision to move the US embassy to Jerusalem and slammed Israel's latest massacre of Palestinians in Gaza. Many have called for an arms embargo on Israel and urged governments to ensure its implementation.
