Denmark's third largest pension fund excludes four companies from its portfolio, citing their investments in illegal Israeli settlements. The four companies are all companies targeted by the BDS movement.
The cleaning service giant ISS provides cleaning services, catering and – like the security firm G4S – security services for illegal settlements in Palestine
ISS, one of the largest companies in Denmark confirms to DanWatch that they provide various services for settlements in the Golan Heights and the West Bank – areas occupied by Israel, whose ownership is not acknowledged by the UN.
On 11 March 2011, the Danish-British security firm G4S announced its exit from some contracts in the West Bank. The company will continue to deliver security services to illegal settlements in the West Bank and to prisons in Israel.
