Pitzer College faculty, students and staff voted overwhelmingly to suspend a study abroad program with Haifa University over Israel’s discriminatory policies against Palestinians. In an anti-democratic move, Pitzer's president vetoed the motion.

Beth Oloth Charitable Organization has had its tax-deductible status revoked by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) due to its support for Israel's army and activities in Israel's illegal settlements.

The organization faced backlash and internal dissension after previously rescinding the honor—a decision Davis and allies attributed to the racial justice activist’s support for Palestinians' rights and BDS.

Thanks to sustained international pressure, Palestinian human rights defender and BDS coordinator Mahmoud Nawajaa was released after being held without charge by Israel for 19 days.
