Forest Green Rovers FC Pledges To Boycott Puma, Chair Says Palestine "Greatest Injustice" of His Lifetime
The UK football club Forest Green Rovers has pledged not to work with Puma as long as it remains involved in Israel's violations of Palestinian rights.
In a letter to the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, the chair of the club Dale Vince stated that Palestine represents the "greatest global injustice" of his lifetime.
Puma sponsors the Israel Football Association (IFA), which includes teams in illegal Israeli settlements on stolen Palestinian land.
Vince also stated that the club would be writing to Puma regarding about its sponsorship of the IFA.
