Resisting Might-Makes-Right: For Palestine, for Humanity.
About The Event
Last year marked 20 years of the Palestinian-led global BDS movement, a milestone in our
liberation struggle. This November, Barcelona will become a focal point for European solidarity
with Palestine. Our global movement for freedom, justice and equality has redefined the meaning
of solidarity with the Palestinian struggle to focus on ending state, corporate and
institutional complicity. Now more than ever we must strategize and continue to build our
collective power in order to advance our collective action.
As governments and corporations attempt to normalize Israel's ongoing genocide against 2.3
million Palestinians in Gaza, we must normalize BDS as our indispensable tool to challenge the
might-makes-right order.
Join us 18 - 20 November 2026 in Barcelona for a pivotal gathering of civil society representatives, activists, intersectional allies, scholars, artists, athletes, trade unionists, and decision-makers committed to achieving freedom, justice and equality for Palestinians.
This is a limited capacity and community-led event. Participants are expected to cover their travel and accommodation costs when possible. Your investment in attending directly supports the sustainability of our movement and the continuation of vital Palestine solidarity work. Join us in Barcelona to help advance the struggle for Palestinian liberation.
Schedule
This opening session launches the
BDS@20 Europe
Conference with a clear mandate: to call on all to center Palestine in resisting the
might-makes-right era and to continue to build collective power based on
international solidarity.
We will hear from inspiring leaders and figures that have played a key role in the
global solidarity movement.
Speakers include members of the Palestinian BDS National Committee, representing the
constituency that leads the global BDS movement; former leaders from the Global
Majority who have steadfastly opposed Israel’s regime; inspiring activists on the
frontlines of boycott and divestment campaigns; and cultural, academic and sports
figures who answered the BDS Call.
Together, they will share inspiring stories and
testimonies of global people power, demonstrating that together we can and must
resist the US-Israel genocidal axis, for Palestine and for humanity.
The opening session launches the BDS@20 Europe Conference and is a public event. It is accessible via solidarity price tickets, which go on sale in September 2026.
