Start the cycle early with our pre-event press conference

Before the doors open, we're hosting a dedicated press conference to set the frame for the evening ahead. It's your chance to get the scoop, file the setup story, lock in quotes, and get ahead of the cycle rather than catching up to it after everything has already happened. Details on timing and access will go out once accreditation is confirmed.

A dedicated press workspace, built for real-time reporting

You won't be squeezed into a corner with your laptop. Throughout the conference, a purpose-built Media Room will be open exclusively to accredited press, with:

• High-speed, secure Wi-Fi and power outlets throughout;
• Room for the full press corps, including standing desks for quick edits between sessions;
• A dedicated Media Coordinator on site, there to route interview requests, hand out live schedule updates, sort credentials, and untangle any technical or logistical snag before it eats your deadline.

Think of it as your home base: walk in, plug in, get your story filed, and walk back out to the next session without losing an hour to dead batteries or dropped connections.

Accreditation

To keep media spaces safe, professional, and focused on ethical coverage, all journalists and content creators complete a short form. Submit by 1 November 2026; late submissions may still be considered but aren't guaranteed. Our editorial team reviews each application to verify professional status and alignment with the Ethical and Professional Journalistic Principles put forth by the Palestinian Journalists' Syndicate and the BNC.

Interview Request Process: We encourage substantive interviews with key speakers, including Ghassan Abu Sitta, Noura Erakat, Omar Barghouti, Francesca Albanese, Robert Del Naja, Nurul Izzah Anwar, and Hiba Abouk. Once your accreditation is confirmed, interview requests are routed directly to our on-site Media Coordinator. Please note that speakers reserve the right to decline interviews or limit time based on their schedule and the nature of the inquiry. All interview requests will be reviewed to ensure they align with the ethical journalistic principles endorsed by the conference.
